Retail Branch & Transfer Manager focuses on first-and-foremost our sales executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. you are the main point of contact for our customers.

What the role involves

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required.

Skills and requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.

Confirmed role details

• £16,920 per year.
• Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance.
• Work 25.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 3 days on 4 days off.
• Weekend work is involved.
