Where ownership sits
Collaborate across Ecommerce, Creative, Insights, and Brand teams — as well as with external partners — to execute compelling campaigns. Use data‑driven insights to optimise cross‑sell, upsell, win‑back and at‑risk customer journeys.
What the role carries
Design and deliver multi‑channel retention plans that boost loyalty, reduce churn and lift LTV. Champion a test‑and‑learn culture, always seeking innovative ways to improve KPIs. Monitoring and report on performance, making recommendations that fuel growth.
What the role depends on
- Managing paid media campaigns, reporting, and task-by-task account priorities across relevant channels.
- Proven experience managing CRM campaigns for retail brands with a broad or global reach.
- Hands‑on knowledge of CRM platforms, ideally Exponea and analytics tools like GA.
Practical details
- £36,000 – £42,000 + Performance Bonus.
