Retail Project Manager – EMEA

The Role:

As the Retail Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery of retail projects across Europe. You will focus on execution, ensure predictable, high quality delivery of New Store Openings (NSO) for both UGG & HOKA and any other initiatives in close collaboration with cross functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of retail growth and landscape, and demonstrate proactivity in leading the retail expansion strategy.

Your Impact:

  • Own project planning, timelines, milestones, dependencies and risk management
  • Coordinate internal cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Construction, Procurement, Finance, Retail Operations, Marketing, Product, IT, Visual Merchandising and local market teams
  • Coordinate external stakeholders including architects, project managers, landlords, contractors, direct vendors and local authorities
  • Ensure delivery aligns with brand standards, operational requirements and commercial objectives
  • Provide clear project status updates, risk reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders in the business

    Who You Are:

  • You are structured, detail-orientated and results-driven
  • You’re comfortable with operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • You are flexible and able to travel on short notice in line with business demands
  • We would Love to Hear from People with:

  • Strong experience in retail project management
  • Proven experience working with international retail brands in Europe
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written communications
