Retail Property/Estates Manager — Clientisde — West Midlands (Hybrid)

Job Summary

Are you a skilled Commercial Property Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Midlands based retailer? Macdonald & Company have been instructed to aid in the recruitment of a talented individual, to play a key role in the businesses Property team, sitting in the Property Management department.

The role requires an experienced property manager (ideally with retail experience) who is proficient in providing exceptional service to actively manage the trading and non-trading property portfolio. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for maximising income, minimising costs, ensuring legal compliance, and providing efficient property advice to internal departments.

The role would suit a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), albeit NOT essential. The role is a hybrid working model, dropping into the west midlands HQ twice a week. Salary circa £45 - £55,000 + Car Allowance.
