• We are recruiting for a Part-Time 20-hour Sales Advisor for our Carnaby Street Store!
• Confidently deliver product knowledge and train colleagues on upcoming collections.
• Take responsibility, and be self-motivated and pro-active, to understand all new products and apply training and instructions.
• To undertake duties and responsibilities which may fall within the remit of such a post under the direction of your line manager.

Likely focus of the role

• Ensure familiarity with the product range, past and present, so that customers can be provided with as much detail as necessary.
• Assisting in controlling shrinkage by attentive action on the shop floor, merchandise handling, accident prevention and careful operation of the till.
• Maintaining/build a general awareness of products and security hot spots.

Requirements mentioned

• Swatch Group supplies nearly all components required for the watches sold by its 17 watch and jewelry brands as well as by its two retail brands, Tourbillon and Hour Passion.
• Ensure good knowledge of all functions of watches and other Swatch products.
• Oversee colleagues on the shop floor to ensure best practise is adhered to at all times, providing on the spot feedback when required.
