Main responsibilities

Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles. Managing operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager. Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you.

• As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you’ll help us maintain our high standards day after day.
• £15.45 to £15.95 per hour | 40 hour contract | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave.
• Shift pattern: Nights.
• Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.
