What the role involves

• Engaging with customers and team members to provide exceptional customer experiences and service.
• Appreciating our customer’s needs and giving advice for customer’s requirements.
• Building relationships with both trade and DIY customers.
• Generating new trade leads through telesales.
• Working as part of a team to maintain showroom stock levels and store appearance.

Skills and requirements

• Retail, customer service, stock, till, merchandising, or supervisory experience may be useful.
