Retail Trainee Manager
As a Retail Trainee Manager, the work centres on driving store performance by maximising sales opportunities. Optimise KPI performance in store by identifying focus KPIs and building plans to improve them and exceed targets. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.
Where ownership sits
Commitment: 44 hours per week (includes weekend shifts). Take ownership for your wine knowledge, constantly learning about our products to support your WSET qualification and confidence in selling.

Driving store performance by maximising sales opportunities. Optimise KPI performance in store by identifying focus KPIs and building plans to improve them and exceed targets. Delivering exceptional market leading customer service to drive business growth through customer loyalty & repeat purchases. Continuously identify opportunities to make improvements which will optimise the operational running of the store.
What the role depends on
- A full UK manual driver’s license, held for a minimum of 12 months, is strictly required.
- Be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver exceptional customer experience & service to every single customer.
- Wine knowledge is beneficial but passion to learn more is essential to pass level 2 & 3 WSET wine qualifications.
