What the role involves
- Utilise Digital Tools: Encourage the use of digital tools to review, influence, and enhance design quality processes.
- Overseeing Revit deliverables for multiple projects, ensuring completion within budget.
- Maintaining Standards: Support the Digital Engineering Lead in maintaining CAD standards, best practices, and processes for modeling, content creation, and advanced digital developmen.
Skills and requirements
- Certified Postgraduate or Equivalent Qualification: In Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Project Information Delivery: Experience in delivering project information in accordance with BIM standards.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in using Revit, with experience in validating and coordinating models in Navisworks or similar software. (minimum years of experience).
Additional role context
- Actively participate and input to design team meetings, bringing with you a digital by default mindset, championing the use of 3D model reviews and markups.
- Mentor Junior Technicians: Work across the Scotland offices supporting junior Revit Technicians, from a technical perspective.
- Become part of our dynamic Water business, which boasts around 670 experts across the UK & Ireland.
