- Supporting the development and execution of the organisation’s reward strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Ensure fair, equitable, and consistent pay decisions across the organisation.
- Annual Salary Review and Bonus Cycle delivery.
Skills and requirements
- Knowledge of employment legislation and pay governance.
- Experience delivering annual pay reviews and bonus cycles.
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in pension administration (UK/ROI).
