Working in partnership with the Strategic Planning and Performance Group (SPPG) of the Department of Health to develop hearing aid support services within the SHSCT. Work with the Service Manager to plan activities, meet project objectives and monitor and evaluate the RNID Near You Hearing Aid Support Service. Recruit, train and support volunteers to deliver our ‘Hearing Aid Support Service’ throughout the SHSCT in conjunction with Audiology, Sensory Support Teams, RNID Service Manager a.

• Developing and delivering the RNID Near You, community service across the SHSCT area.
• Initiate and promote the RNID Near You Hearing Aid Support Service to reach and engage with people who are deaf and hard of hearing.
