Rough Sleeper Recovery Worker focuses on we have been awarded additional funding to support people sleeping rough, or those at risk of rough sleeping, ensuring they receive the care.

What the role involves

Skills and requirements

  • No day is the same in this role but an ability to communicate effectively with a range of service users and colleagues, an ability to manage a busy schedule and a commitment to Tur.
  • You may have lived experience of substance misuse or come with experience supporting people in health and social care or hold a professional qualification such as social work, nurs.
  • Is varied, so flexibility, an ability to work dynamically on a one to one and group basis and knowledge of relapse and other barriers to recovery will be vital.

Confirmed role details

  • 25 days’ paid holiday a year + Bank Holidays, increasing with each year of service up to 27 days + Bank Holidays.
  • Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.
  • Holiday allowance, Training.
