- Managing retained rural estate portfolios across the East Midlands.
- Providing excellent client care, nurturing relationships and supporting long-term partnerships.
- Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, landlord and tenant matters and wider property management.
- Managing income and expenditure, CAPEX programmes and budgeting for corporate and traditional clients.
- Delivering first-class service, supporting the wider brand and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
- The East Midlands rural team forms part of a progressive, collaborative division delivering services across agri-business, valuation, building consultancy, farms and estate agency.
Skills and requirements
- All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for.
- Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.

- Senior Rural Surveyor - Market Harborough (Hybrid) - £50,000.
- Discretionary bonus scheme.
