The S4/o9 Training and Capability Lead position centres on leading training related activities for the Region Deployment Team, Key Users,SMEsand End Users. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.
Role overview
StrategicAdvisor: Act as the primary advisor to Regional Leadership oncapability trackof the S4/o9 transformation. Training Delivery Management: Strong track record in managing end-to-end training delivery within complex, global environments.
Main responsibilities
Leading training related activities for the Region Deployment Team, Key Users,SMEsand End Users. Be responsible for implementing comprehensive training programs to ensure a successful rollout of S4/o9 across the region, collaborating closely with project leadership, regional d. Implement a ‘train the trainer’ approach to equip select individuals in the region to independently deliver training.
Requirements
- Digital Adoption Expertise: Proven experience with WalkMe or similar Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) to drive user engagement and system proficiency.
