Safety & Environment Performance Advisor focuses on key responsibilities provide practical advice, guidance, and hands-on support on all hse matters across site.

What the role involves

• Key Responsibilities Provide practical advice, guidance, and hands-on support on all HSE matters across site.
• Manage the site risk assessment register.
• Supporting managers and employees in producing suitable and sufficient risk assessments.
• Delivering HSE inductions for new employees and contractors.
• Maintaining DSE and COSHH assessment registers and databases.
• Managing PPE processes including specification, training, storage, and inspections.

Skills and requirements

• Essential Skills & Experience Experience working within a heavy engineering, manufacturing, or other high-hazard environment.
• Experience supporting construction projects from an HSE perspective.
• Environmental management qualification such as IEMA or NEBOSH Environmental Certificate.
