Position Overview
The Salad Station Cook is responsible for preparing all cold dishes, including salads, antipasti, and garnishes. This role is essential to maintaining the freshness, presentation, and consistency that define our menu.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain mise en place and ensure station readiness for service
