  • You should assist in increasing sales and serving as a vital link between the client and sales department.

What needs to be in place

  • Suggesting innovative ways to increase sales and enhance clients’ experience.
  • Knowledge of customer relations management software and MS Office.
  • Extensive customer service experience.
