What the role involves
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company’s ERP or sales systems.
- Preparing sales quotations and follow up with customers as required.
- Liaise with production and planning teams to confirm lead times and delivery schedules.
- Maintaining accurate customer, pricing, and order records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Handling order queries, delivery updates, and invoice discrepancies professionally.
Skills and requirements
- Experience in manufacturing sales administration or customer service.
- ERP or CRM system experience.

- £28,000 - £30,000 per annum.
- Job Type: Full Time, permanent.
- Full Time: 07:30 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday, 07:30 to 12:50 Friday (38 hours per week).
