  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company’s ERP or sales systems.
  • Preparing sales quotations and follow up with customers as required.
  • Liaise with production and planning teams to confirm lead times and delivery schedules.
  • Maintaining accurate customer, pricing, and order records.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Handling order queries, delivery updates, and invoice discrepancies professionally.

  • Experience in manufacturing sales administration or customer service.
  • ERP or CRM system experience.
