What the role involves

  • We support our customers by ensuring they have all the parts, spares, and tooling they need to operate efficiently.

  • Generate and follow up on customer quotations.
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Managing back orders to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
  • Supporting the operational team by converting spare parts and consolidating customer supply chains to Rubix.

Skills and requirements

  • Administrative, office, reception, data, systems, or coordination experience may be useful.

Candidate fit

  • Organisation, accuracy, communication, and careful task follow-through.

  • Our Sales Administrators, internally known as Internal Sales, are a vital part of the branch team and play a key role in its success.
