Job description
As a Sales Administrator, the work centres on monitoring the receipt of vehicle deliveries to ensure that they are in line with orders made and vehicle details are added to vehicle stock records. It would suit someone who can bring some product knowledge would be an advantage but more important will be your attention to detail to the role.
Why this role may suit you
Locate sold orders not in stock and order or arrange necessary transfer and payment, in line with commitment to customer notifying sales person of any anticipated shortfalls. My client is a Main Car Dealership who are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their existing team.
What you would be doing
Monitoring the receipt of vehicle deliveries to ensure that they are in line with orders made and vehicle details are added to vehicle stock records. Be responsible for processing customer files and invoices, you’ll make sure that our stock information is up to date as well as maintain records and an accurate filing system. Ensure that all sales from stock are withdrawn from stock records and that necessary actions are taken to ensure vehicle adoption and payment for new vehicles.
