This Sales Advisor role is focused on our client, a well-established and reputable residential developer, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Sales Advisor to support the sale of private homes on a large-sca. It would suit someone who can bring clear communication, reliability, and practical judgement to the role.

Role overview

The role will involve working Friday to Monday, 10:30am – 4:00pm, providing on-site sales support and guiding customers through the home-buying journey. This is a temporary, part-time role ideal for a confident sales professional with experience in residential property or new build sales.

Main responsibilities

Our client, a well-established and reputable residential developer, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Sales Advisor to support the sale of private homes on a large-sca. Act as the first point of contact for prospective buyers visiting the development. Proactively sell private homes, promoting the development and its features to potential purchasers.
