Maintaining a strong portfolio of clients through proactive outreach, appointment booking and relationship building. Develop long-term client relationships that drive loyalty, repeat business and referrals. Maintaining accurate client information within CRM systems.

What needs to be in place

• Delivering a personalised luxury client experience from first interaction through to post-purchase follow-up.
• Previous experience within luxury, premium fashion or premium lifestyle retail.
• Strong clienteling skills with evidence of building and retaining a client book.
