• Managing inbound enquiries and convert opportunities into long-term customers.
• Identify client requirements through effective questioning and active listening.
• Recommend suitable subscription packages based on individual business needs.
• Develop and nurture leads through online communities and networking opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues while promoting company values and culture.

Confirmed role details

• Swansea (Fully Onsite).
• Monday-Friday, working 9am-5pm.
• Build lasting relationships, and convert prospects into long-term subscription clients.
• This is primarily a telephone-based sales position where you'll engage with UK businesses, introduce our services.
