What the role involves
- Managing inbound sales enquiries across the detergents category, ensuring every opportunity is maximised.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships and understanding within allocated accounts to deliver high-quality responses.
- Leading regular account calls and engagement activity to maintain strong client relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Ensure smooth project progression by driving the timely completion and return of all client documentation.
- Supporting strategic sales initiatives by working closely with the Business Manager Detergents & Biocides on key growth activities.
- Delivering accurate, timely reporting and insights to support sales and management decision-making.
Skills and requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel & PPT.
- To be able to communicate to different levels within the business and to gain the confidence of the client.
- Manage own workload in a timely and effective manner.
Confirmed role details
- Attend as required Onsite client visits.
