What the role involves

  • Managing inbound sales enquiries across the detergents category, ensuring every opportunity is maximised.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships and understanding within allocated accounts to deliver high-quality responses.
  • Leading regular account calls and engagement activity to maintain strong client relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth project progression by driving the timely completion and return of all client documentation.
  • Supporting strategic sales initiatives by working closely with the Business Manager Detergents & Biocides on key growth activities.
  • Delivering accurate, timely reporting and insights to support sales and management decision-making.

Skills and requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel & PPT.
  • To be able to communicate to different levels within the business and to gain the confidence of the client.
  • Manage own workload in a timely and effective manner.

Confirmed role details

  • Attend as required Onsite client visits.
