Be the ambassador for sales excellence in your club, leading by example, implementing smart strategies, and building strong relationships both inside and outside of the gym. Driving new member sales while maximising retention of existing members to grow the live member movement.
How the role works day to day
Ensure every member’s journey is seamless from the first visit onwards. Advocating and delivering the FUNDAMENTALS sales process, training and coaching the team to perform at their best. Implementing creative lead-generation strategies both internally and externally.

Practical details
- Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a full-time leadership role where you’ll lead sales initiatives.

- Monthly Frasers Champion awards – winners receive double their salary for the month.
- Shift pattern: Weekends.
