    Job Description

    A successful Sales Development Representative will:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understanding customer needs and developing proposals to meet them.
  • Visiting customers regularly across the UK (national travel required).
  • Presenting and demonstrating products to customers.
  • Developing a strong understanding of our product portfolio, competitors and market positioning.
  • Collaborating with design and sales teams to align customer requirements with company goals.
  • Working closely with distributors and targeted customer groups.
  • Researching and identifying business opportunities, market trends and diversification areas.
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Sales Development Representative should have:

  • A strong mechanical and/or electrical engineering qualification.
  • Knowledge of the UK Electricity Supply Industry, particularly LV (1kV) and MV (11kV) networks. This a plus not essential.
  • Confident IT user across Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Technically astute with the ability to understand and propose tailored solutions.
  • Skilled at delivering product demonstrations both on-site and through structured presentations.
  • Ability to support the wider sales team in identifying new markets and growth opportunities.
