Job Description
A successful Sales Development Representative will:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.Understanding customer needs and developing proposals to meet them.Visiting customers regularly across the UK (national travel required).Presenting and demonstrating products to customers.Developing a strong understanding of our product portfolio, competitors and market positioning.Collaborating with design and sales teams to align customer requirements with company goals.Working closely with distributors and targeted customer groups.Researching and identifying business opportunities, market trends and diversification areas.The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Development Representative should have:
A strong mechanical and/or electrical engineering qualification.Knowledge of the UK Electricity Supply Industry, particularly LV (1kV) and MV (11kV) networks. This a plus not essential.Confident IT user across Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Technically astute with the ability to understand and propose tailored solutions.Skilled at delivering product demonstrations both on-site and through structured presentations.Ability to support the wider sales team in identifying new markets and growth opportunities.What's on Offer
