🚀 Sales Development Representative – Hybrid (US Campaigns)

💰 £30,000–£35,000 + Monthly & Quarterly Bonus | 📍 Hybrid | 🕒 10am-10pm Tuesday-Thursday

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, award-winning technology marketing organisation that delivers high-performing account-based marketing campaigns for global clients. Due to continued expansion, they’re looking to add Sales Development Representatives to their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven B2B sales professional who enjoys building relationships, opening conversations at senior level, and generating high-quality opportunities.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for engaging prospective and existing customers across US-focused campaigns, generating director-level appointments, and managing your pipeline through CRM systems. This is a hybrid position with strong support, training, and clear career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing B2B customers
• Generate qualified, director-level appointments through outbound cold calling
• Present products and solutions clearly to non-technical audiences
• Manage and progress opportunities using CRM tools
• Maintain an organised and strategic approach to pipeline development

What We’re Looking For

• Previous B2B sales experience
• Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
• Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers
• Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
• Able to explain solutions clearly and effectively

Package & Benefits

• £30,000–£35,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
