Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a CS (Customer Success) or Sales role in the SaaS/e-commerce industry.
- Experience in B2B sales (knowledge of sales techniques, ability to speak the language of benefits).
- Experience in presenting SaaS products - explaining technical concepts in a simple and accessible way.
