Sales Director EMEA & RoW focuses on the director of sales will lead and unify medik8’s multi-channel sales strategy across emea & row, driving sustainable growth, brand elevation and commercial excellence.
What the role involves
- The Director of Sales will lead and unify Medik8’s multi-channel sales strategy across EMEA & ROW, driving sustainable growth, brand elevation and commercial excellence.
- Deliver the regional sales strategy aligned with 3-year growth ambitions.
- Leading Retail and Distributor sales under one commercial vision.
- Ensure consistency in pricing, positioning and go-to-market, in close collaboration with Marketing.
- Leading commercial negotiations (contracts, trading terms, commercial frameworks).
- Overseeing in-store and partner execution in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
Confirmed role details
- This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week based at our office and 2 days from home.
- We are currently based in Centennial Park, Elstree, however, we will be relocating to the Central London area in 2027.
- Develop a high-performing sales organisation.
- Manage Head of Retail and Head of Distributor Sales directly, indirect management of a team of 11.
