Sales Director - Up to £150,000 + great package – National remit
We are working with a leader in FM provider, to find an outstanding Sales Director, who will help build strategy, deliver outstanding sales solutions and ultimately grow the UK portfolio.
This is a senior leadership role focused on winning and delivering profitable contracts, strengthening client partnerships, and developing a high-performing sales team.
Key responsibilities:
Drive new business acquisition and exceed agreed revenue targetsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makersDevelop and manage a strong, sustainable sales pipelineLead, coach and support Business Development Managers to maximise performanceOversee the preparation of high-quality tenders, proposals and presentationsEnsure accurate reporting, governance compliance and internal stakeholder alignmentMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunitiesTake ownership of re-bids and strategic sales initiatives within the division
Ideal Sales Director:
Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals within Facilities ManagementStrong experience producing compelling sales documentation and delivering executive-level presentationsTarget-driven, resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersHighly organised, detail-oriented and commercially astuteAble to work independently while fostering a collaborative team culture
