The Sales Director position centres on our mission is simple: Enable every business to easily and securely support digital assets & cryptocurrencies. It would suit someone who can bring handling account-by-account responsibilities with consistency and care to the role.
Where ownership sits
Target a mixture of Crypto Native, Web3 and TradFi accounts in the UK, working closely with Sales Engineers and the Business Development team. Welcome to Fireblocks, the industry-leading digital asset infrastructure technology company responsible for 15% of all crypto transactions!

What the role depends on
- Enterprise sales experience in software or institutional sales, selling into a relevant space of financial services, crypto, blockchain or fintech.
- Direct experience working within financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is preferred.
- You should bring a track record of success and experience closing complex deals within the financial services or fintech sector.
