Sales Engineer
Job description
The Sales Engineer position centres on focus on process improvement, adept at optimizing sales workflows and driving efficiency to enhance revenue growth and customer satisfaction. It would suit someone who can bring solid knowledge on different communication protocols ( APIs, SFTP, AS2 etc. as well as different delivery formats ( IDOC, EDIFACT, XML, UBL etc) to the role.

Work closely with Sovos’ Sales to conduct sales and solutions presentations. More than 100,000 customers in 100+ countries – including half the Fortune 500 – trust Sovos for their compliance needs.

Focus on process improvement, adept at optimizing sales workflows and driving efficiency to enhance revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Develop and lead training sessions both within and outside the Sales Engineer department. The Sales Engineer will be adept at leveraging technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring a seamless integration of product offerings with client needs.
