- Managing the full customer lifecycle from initial contact to delivery, aftersales, and ongoing relationship management.
- Maintaining discipline in CRM to ensure accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- Ability to juggle multiple complex sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and strong numerical skills.

- Relevant sales, account management, business development, CRM, or customer-facing experience may be useful.
