- We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead.
- The ability to manage your workload and prioritise effectively.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and meet or exceed targets.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills and requirements
- Experience in a leadership, management or supervisory role.
- Confidence working with data to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience managing teams within a contact centre or D2C sales environment.
Confirmed role details
- 248 hours holiday per year, including bank holidays.
