Supporting the smooth operation of your club and consistently provide exceptional customer service to all. So we take value in recruiting only the very best Sales Membership Consultant to join our Club teams, to provide an elite service to all our cub members and any visiting prospects.

The working style that fits

Handling account-by-account responsibilities with consistency and care. Creating a presence and a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the club, from acting as Front of House, to providing new Member visits. Strong professional approach.

What you need

• Providing advice on all activities related to Exercise Experience and products offered by Virgin Active.
• Previous experience of working in a customer centric, target driven role (desirable but not essential).
• Our team are dedicated to delivering a unique leisure and relaxation experience throughout all our clubs.

Practical information

• 30 days (including bank holidays) annual leave – and we want you take them.
• Access to The Peoples Pension, with our contributions at 3%.
• Taking on the responsibilities of the Duty Shift as needed, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to the needs of the business, leading by example in all aspects of club managem.
