• Provide general sales and administrative support to the office team.
• Preparing accurate estimates and quotations for clients.
• Interpret customer specifications and briefs to ensure jobs are set up accurately and costed correctly.
• Develop print knowledge over time.

Skills and requirements

• Process jobs using experience with their own in house bespoke system.
• Experience in an office, admin, sales support, or customer service role from an engineering industry.

Candidate fit

• Update estimates where specifications change, ensuring clear communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
