Job description

As a Account Manager, the work centres on handling franchisee and National Account queries efficiently, escalating issues to the Sales Support Manager or National Account Manager as needed. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

Established in 1992, we are part of UK Greetings Ltd, the British subsidiary of one of the world’s largest greeting card companies, American Greetings Inc. We supply over 12,000 outlets, mainly in convenience, from independent retailers through to major National Accounts such as Spar, BP (M&S Simply Food), Budgens, WH Smith (Motorway).

How support shows up

Handling franchisee and National Account queries efficiently, escalating issues to the Sales Support Manager or National Account Manager as needed. Preparing accurate monthly sales analysis and reports monitoring National Account performance. Communicate regularly and professionally with National Account representatives to maintain excellent service levels.
