As a Account Manager, the work centres on handling franchisee and National Account queries efficiently, escalating issues to the Sales Support Manager or National Account Manager as needed. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

We supply over 12,000 outlets, mainly in convenience, from independent retailers through to major National Accounts such as Spar, BP (M&S Simply Food), Budgens, WH Smith (Motorway).
How support shows up
Handling franchisee and National Account queries efficiently, escalating issues to the Sales Support Manager or National Account Manager as needed. Preparing accurate monthly sales analysis and reports monitoring National Account performance. Communicate regularly and professionally with National Account representatives to maintain excellent service levels.
