How the role works day to day

Supporting the sales team with order setup, booking, amendments, and campaign management. Coordinating with internal teams (sales, production, finance, digital operations) to resolve issues and prevent campaign delays. Supporting revenue retention by ensuring campaigns run as booked and issues are resolved quickly.
