Customer support involved

Supporting the creation of chatbots and virtual agents using Salesforce Einstein AI & AgentForce solutions. Assisting in configuring Salesforce Flow, Omni-Channel Routing, and AI-driven case management. Work with third-party AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, NLP services, RPA tools).

Customer service skills

• Basic understanding of Salesforce (Service Cloud, AgentForce knowledge is a plus).
• Some experience or coursework in AI, automation, or workflow tools.
