Job Title: Salesforce Platform Specialist

Location: London, UK

About the Job you are considering:

We are seeking experienced Salesforce Platform Specialist with strong expertise in banking domain who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

Provide deep hands-on expertise of the Salesforce estate to enable accurate analysis comparison and modernisation recommendations across multiple orgs Key Responsibilities

Your Skills:

  • Analyse Salesforce metadata across orgs objects fields flows Apex automations Interpret customer and product data models and orgspecific implementation patterns Identify duplication divergence legacy constructs and standardisation opportunities
  • Validate AI assisted outputs through human in the loop review Assess implementations against client’s and Salesforce platform standards
  • Required Experience Strong hands-on Salesforce platform experience multiorg estates
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce metadata model Apex Flow and automation
  • Understanding of licensing limits and enterprise operating patterns Experience working in regulated enterprise environments
