What the role involves
- Stakeholders to ensure fragrance strategies align to overall business objectives.
- Consistently drive process, discipline and effective execution to bring the desired speed to market.
- Monitoring results and have the agility to change the course of a project when needed.
- Brand portfolio knowledge with internal stakeholders to help guide the creative process.
- Have a thorough understanding of the process for managing the Scent Portfolio.
- Supporting the principles of the learning organization, generates Insights.
Skills and requirements
- Excellent Work ethics and ownership of your goals and responsibilities.
- Resilience, fortitude, and the ability to stay calm in the face of adversity.
- Master’s or Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or any other relevant discipline.
- At least 5-7 years of Fragrance Industry and evaluation experience.
Additional role context
- Communicate effectively about fragrances including olfactive rationale for fragrance submissions in relation to trends, brands and competitive analysis.
- Articulation of creative decisions on projects for focus on creativity and cost to serve.
