Scheduling Administrator focuses on adhere to zero harm safety process at all times.

What the role involves

  • Adhere to Zero Harm safety process at all times.
  • Manage roadspace bookings for fault and maintenance tasks to be carried out.
  • Ensure all road space is booked and used efficiently through co-ordination with other internal and external works.
  • Ensure NH Service Now data is captured and entered correctly and all data accurate.
  • Processing material/stock orders in conjunction with the Supply Chain Procurement Team. Ensure PPE, equipment and tools are available for issue.
  • Provides holiday and sick cover for the Service Coordinator.

Skills and requirements

  • Administrative, office, reception, data, systems, or coordination experience may be useful.
