Job description
School Administrator focuses on serve as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external agencies.
What the role involves
- Serve as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external agencies.
- Managing telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries professionally.
- Maintaining accurate student records on the school MIS (Arbor/SIMS).
- Supporting attendance processes and safeguarding documentation.
- Coordinating meetings, room bookings, and SLT diaries.
- Produce reports, letters, and communications on behalf of senior leaders.
Skills and requirements
- Previous administration experience (school experience desirable but not essential).
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
