Job description
The School Business Manager position centres on supporting learners and helping maintain a positive learning environment. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.
How the role is set up
With capacity for 50 students, it provides specialist education for children and young people aged 5–19 with Autism spectrum conditions. The second site opened in April 2023, is already making a significant impact.

What is expected
- Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
