Financial : Lead 3-to-5-year financial planning, monitor monthly budgets, and prepare technical accruals/prepayments for Trust reports. Operational Excellence: Oversee estates, health and safety, and large-scale contracts in collaboration with the Trust Estates Manager. People Leadership: Manage business support and estates staff, ensuring strict adherence to Safer Recruitment and Single Central Record (SCR) compliance.
