School Catering Assistant focuses on assisting with the preparation and serving of meals.

What the role involves

• Assisting with the preparation and serving of meals.
• Keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean and tidy.
• Washing up and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Supporting the catering team during busy lunch periods.
• Following food safety and health & safety procedures.

Skills and requirements

• All applications are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) in line with our stringent safeguarding policy.
• Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained.
• You must have legal right to work in the UK.
• You must be willing to attend a registration interview.

• Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 1:30pm.
• We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking School Catering Assistant to join a welcoming school in Chester on a part-time basis.
