What the role involves

• These positions will support the development of the University’s UK recruitment pipeline by engaging schools, colleges, and other stakeholders.
• Will play a key part in building relationships with schools, colleges, and sector organisations, working with students, teachers, parents, and advisers to support progression into.
• The postholder will deliver a range of recruitment activities, including in-person and digital events, to engage prospective students.
• Will also involve developing and delivering engaging content and resources to support recruitment across multiple platforms, including digital channels, webinars, and third-party r.

Skills and requirements

• Regular travel within your region, alongside occasional travel to campus and across the UK, will be required.
• Applicants should have experience in delivering outreach, recruitment, or engagement activities, ideally within an educational setting, and experience working with schools and coll.
• A good understanding of the Higher Education sector and the challenges facing prospective students is essential.

Confirmed role details

• Hybrid working policy.
• Holiday entitlement of 24 days per year rising by 5 days after 5 years’ service and the option to buy extra leave up to a maximum of 35 days.
