Skills and requirements

• Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate. People working with children in eligible roles may need an Enhanced DBS check depending on the duties.
• Desire to work in education/with children – Genuine interest in supporting pupil progress and wellbeing.
