Skills and requirements
- Degree – A 2:2 or above in any subject.
- Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
- Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate. People working with children in eligible roles may need an Enhanced DBS check depending on the duties.
- Desire to work in education/with children – Genuine interest in supporting pupil progress and wellbeing.
