The Role

As a Science Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students across KS3 and KS4 in Science lessons
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce understanding of key concepts
  • Help students stay engaged during practical and theory-based lessons
  • Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND and SEMH
  • Assist teachers with lesson delivery, resources, and practical setups
  • Encourage curiosity, confidence, and a positive approach to learning

You’ll play a key role in helping students access and enjoy Science, no lab coat required on day one.
