• Deliver engaging and effective science lessons across a range of topics (Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics), helping students build confidence.
• Develop key scientific understanding.
• Teaching GCSE and foundation-level science to post-16 learners.
• Planning and delivering high-quality, inclusive lessons.
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Supporting students to develop core scientific knowledge and practical skills.

Skills and requirements

• Hold a degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related subject).
• Have teaching experience (FE, secondary, or adult education preferred).
• Possess a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) - desirable but not essential.
